My son has been in this IOP for about three months. He left the first detox he was at that R&R set up for him AMA and relapsed for two weeks. When I saw him he looked like a shell of himself and I just knew he was seconds and inches from death. Little did I know, he was seconds and inches from his new life. No sooner did he leave me, thinking that would be the last time I'd ever seen him alive, did Preston call just to check on him. My son was honest with him and that night Preston sent an Uber to go get him. He stayed in the detox and was transferred to the sober living and started IOP with R&R immediately. In his sober living he met Nick the house manager who has been an absolute godsend. Nick and R&R showed my son a different way of living that he had never been exposed to. He learned to ride a horse, surf, camp and interact with people in a whole way. Nick goes above and beyond to take them to new meetings and on fun adventures, makes them home-cooked meals and taught my son to be a man. With 106 days sober my son is unrecognizable thanks to the program of Alcoholics Anonymous which he found through R&R. I will be forever grateful.

Hello, I am writing this review as a facilitator that has hosted sound baths at Rise and Recover. I absolutely love the space they have created there. The staff is so welcoming and hard working. They made me feel right at home. They have soo many services they offer the clients, along with the clinical aspect/meetings, such as sound baths with me, breathwork, hypnosis, surf therapy, art classes, guitar classes, wood-burning art classes, and more. I love this because it exposes the clients to new experiences, helps them discover new passions, encourages confidence in their new skills, and builds community. The staff is truly passionate about each client and their wellness. It is more than just meetings - the staff goes above and beyond to make sure each client has so many tools to help them with their sobriety. Would absolutely recommend working here and this facility to any potential clients.

R&R Health is a much-needed addition to the South Bay, offering high-quality outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment in Redondo Beach. Their Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and integrated sober living options provide a full continuum of care for adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. As a clinician in the area, I’ve found it challenging to locate reliable outpatient resources for adult clients until now. R&R Health is clinically sound, ethically operated, and truly one of the best behavioral health programs in Los Angeles. I highly recommend them for adult outpatient treatment in Redondo Beach. One of the team membrs Name is Boone Wilder. Wild, no pun intended, but great guy and easy enough to remember the name.
