Co-Founder and CEO

Boone is a summa cum laude graduate of UCLA with extensive experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment. His background spans direct client care, program management, and leadership, giving him a deep understanding of both clinical and operational needs. Boone helped design and build the R&R Health facility, ensuring it reflects the warmth and safety clients need to heal. Known for his ability to connect with people, Boone is dedicated to guiding clients toward discovering their potential and living with purpose.

Kyle Hiebert

Co-Founder and President

Kyle played a hands-on role in building the R&R Health facility and programming from the ground up. His passion lies in trauma-informed care and helping clients overcome PTSD and other trauma-related challenges. Kyle also operates a nonprofit in Los Angeles that offers meeting spaces and outreach for individuals in recovery. His commitment to community connection ensures R&R Health remains a place of safety, belonging, and transformation.
Dr. Raffi J. Ghurabi, DO
Dr. Raffi J. Ghurabi, DO
Medical Director

Dr. Raffi J. Ghurabi, DO, MS, FACOI, DFAOAAM is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine who serves as Medical Director at R&R Health. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago, his Master of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Ghurabi brings extensive experience in addiction treatment, urgent care, and outpatient medical leadership, with a clinical focus on comprehensive patient care that includes management of substance use disorders, co-occurring chronic medical conditions, and laboratory monitoring. He is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports each patient’s long-term recovery and overall health.

LCSW, Clinical Director
Sophie Pyne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, behavioral healthcare leader, educator, and speaker with extensive experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. She specializes in addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, integrating evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, experiential practices, and nature-based interventions. Sophie has held clinical and leadership roles across behavioral healthcare, helping individuals build self-awareness, resilience, emotional regulation, and skills for lasting recovery and well-being. She is passionate about helping people move beyond symptom management toward lives rooted in connection, purpose, and meaning. She is also the founder of The Ocean Healing Institute and co-founder of Waves of Recovery, exploring the intersection of mental health, recovery, and connection to water. Sophie is a keynote speaker and educator on Blue Mind, ocean healing, surf therapy, mental health, and recovery. Her work has been featured on The Today Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and The Guardian.

Anoosh Yaraghchian
MA, AMFT, Assistant Clinical Director
Anoosh brings nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. He is pursuing his Psy.D. in Applied Clinical Psychology. Anoosh specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and integrates mind-body-spirit approaches into his work. He is fluent in English and Persian and is passionate about creating culturally sensitive care environments.

Preston Scott
Director of Admissions and Business Development
Preston is often the first point of contact for new clients and families. He ensures that every interaction is welcoming, informative, and compassionate. With a background in admissions, outreach, and advocacy, Preston builds strong connections within the behavioral health community. His therapy dog, Tiger, often joins him at work, bringing comfort to clients and staff.
