ToggleSound healing is a holistic practice that uses vibrational frequencies to promote relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of inner balance. At R&R Health, we incorporate sound healing into our treatment programs as a powerful complement to evidence-based therapies. It offers clients a unique way to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and access a deeper state of calm that supports the healing process.
Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks, sound healing creates resonant tones that interact with the body and mind on a vibrational level. These sounds can shift brainwave activity into states associated with relaxation and restoration, making it easier for clients to process emotions and release tension.
Stress, anxiety, and unresolved trauma often keep the body in a constant state of alert. This makes it difficult to heal both emotionally and physically. Sound healing helps guide the nervous system away from that heightened state, allowing for deep relaxation and improved emotional regulation.

Our sound healing sessions take place in a calm, welcoming environment where clients can fully relax and receive the therapeutic benefits of sound. Participants may lie down or sit comfortably while the practitioner plays specific tones and rhythms designed to support healing.
These sessions are accessible to all clients regardless of physical ability. There is no need for prior experience, and the focus is on creating a safe, restorative space where participants can simply be present and receive.
You do not have to face this alone. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, our admissions team will guide you every step of the way.
