Toggle1. Acceptance of These Terms
Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of a legally binding agreement between you and R&R Health. If you do not accept these terms, your only option is to discontinue use of the website.
We may revise these terms at any time. Revisions take effect as soon as they are posted here, and your continued use of the website after a revision is posted means you accept the revised version. Because we do not always send individual notice of changes, we encourage you to revisit this page periodically.
R&R Health may decline to offer services to any individual and may change its admission or eligibility criteria at its discretion, subject to applicable law and to our obligations as a licensed and accredited provider. Where any provision of this section is prohibited by law, it does not apply.
By using this website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement, and that no legal restriction or contractual obligation prevents you from doing so. If you are under 18, you should use this website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. This Website Does Not Provide Medical Advice
The content on this website (including pages about substance use disorders, mental health conditions, therapies, levels of care, and blog articles) is provided for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice, a clinical assessment, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, therapist, or other licensed professional.
Nothing on this website creates a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after admission to a program and completion of the required intake, consent, and assessment process.
Never delay seeking professional care, or disregard advice you have already received from a licensed provider, because of something you read here.
3. This Website Is Not an Emergency Service
This website is not monitored for emergencies and cannot be used to obtain emergency help.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or at risk of self-harm or suicide, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, which is available 24 hours a day.
Contact forms, chat features, email, and voicemail on this website may not be reviewed immediately, and submitting one does not guarantee a response within any particular timeframe.
4. About R&R Health
R&R Health is an addiction and mental health treatment provider located in Redondo Beach, California. We offer a continuum of care that includes a Partial Hospitalization Program, an Intensive Outpatient Program, an outpatient Program, sober living residences, a specialized mental health track, and an aftercare and alumni program.
Our approach combines evidence-based clinical therapies with experiential, creative, and animal-assisted modalities, along with vocational and life-skills support. Treatment plans are developed individually, based on each client’s history, clinical needs, and goals.
R&R Health is certified by the California Department of Health Care Services and accredited by The Joint Commission. Current license and accreditation details are published on our Accreditations & Affiliations page.
Services may be paid for through insurance benefits or private pay. Any description of insurance acceptance on this website is general information only. Coverage, benefit levels, authorization requirements, and out-of-pocket costs depend on the specific plan and are confirmed only through a benefits verification with our admissions team. Displaying an insurance carrier’s name on this website does not mean that the carrier is in network for your plan or that your treatment will be covered.
5. Communications, Notifications, and Marketing
When you give us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, your admission, our programs, and related news and updates.
You can stop receiving marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us using the information in Section Contact Us. Opting out may also stop you from receiving program announcements and other non-clinical updates.
If you consent to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP. Consent to receive marketing communications is never a condition of admission or treatment.
Please note that email, web forms, and standard text messages are not secure channels. Do not use them to send sensitive health information. Once you are a client, we will direct you to the appropriate secure method for clinical communication.
6. Virtual and Telehealth Sessions
Where R&R Health offers services by video or phone, the following expectations apply so that sessions remain safe, private, and clinically useful:
Privacy: Join from a private space where you can speak freely and will not be overheard or interrupted. Both you and your clinician are expected to protect the confidentiality of what is discussed.
No recording: Do not record, photograph, screenshot, or transmit any part of a session, and do not allow anyone else to do so, without written permission from every participant.
Punctuality: Log in at the scheduled time. If you will be late or need to cancel, give us as much notice as you reasonably can.
Technology: You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a working device with a functioning camera and microphone.
Environment: Choose a location that is quiet, free of distractions, and safe. Do not attend a session while driving or operating machinery.
Location: Tell your clinician where you are physically located at the start of each session. Licensing rules limit where care can be delivered, and we may need to reschedule if you are outside an authorized area.
Conduct: Use the platform responsibly and treat clinicians and other participants with respect.
Telehealth has limits. Your clinician may determine that your needs require in-person care and may recommend a different level of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
R&R Health is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care. At the same time, recovery outcomes differ from person to person, and no provider can promise a specific result. We do not guarantee that any program will cure a substance use disorder or mental health condition, prevent relapse, or produce any particular outcome.
Outcomes depend on many factors we do not control, including your engagement in treatment, your medical and psychiatric history, your support system, and circumstances in your life outside of the program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R&R Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use this website.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for professional negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here waives any right you have under California law or under our obligations as a licensed provider, and nothing here restricts your right to file a complaint with a licensing or accrediting body.
8. Intellectual Property
Everything on this website — including the R&R Health name and logo, other trademarks, text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, video, audio, page design, and software — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights held by R&R Health or by third parties who have licensed their material to us.

Except where we expressly permit it, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, transmit, post, or otherwise exploit any of it without our prior written permission. You may not alter, edit, or misrepresent our material, and you may not attempt to defeat any security or access-control feature of the website.
9. Copyright Complaints
R&R Health respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
If you believe in good faith that material on this website infringes your copyright, please send a notice to the contact address in Section 20 that includes:

- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
10. Personal Information and Privacy
Information you submit through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as set out in that policy.
Protected health information created or received in the course of treatment is governed by HIPAA, by 42 CFR Part 2 where applicable to substance use disorder records, and by applicable California law — not by these website terms. Our privacy practices for that information are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided at admission.
11. Prohibited Uses

- Download content that we have not made expressly available for download
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form on the website

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Because of the nature of the internet, this website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we are not responsible if we cannot deliver the website for reasons outside our control.
This website may contain links to third-party sites we neither control nor maintain. Those links are offered for convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
Except as stated above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties, conditions, and terms, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
You are responsible for any breach of these terms by you, and you will reimburse R&R Health for loss or damage caused by such a breach.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R&R Health excludes liability for loss or damage of any kind arising from:
- Inaccurate or incomplete information on the website
- Infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights by another user
- Your use of, or inability to use, the website, or unauthorized access to or alteration of your data in circumstances beyond our control
- Lost profits, wasted expenditure, or corruption or loss of data that does not result directly from something we did wrong
- Viruses or other malicious code that may affect your device or data as a result of accessing content on the website or receiving email from us
13. Electronic Communications
R&R Health is not liable for failed, incomplete, or corrupted electronic transmissions, or for any failure or unavailability of computer, telephone, cable, network, or internet hardware or software, whether caused by a third party, by network congestion, or by unauthorized action.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify R&R Health against any claims, demands, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and accountants’ fees) brought by a third party as a result of:
- Your breach of these terms or of any document referenced in them
- Your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party
- Your use of this website
15. Changes and Termination
We may modify this website and these terms at any time and without notice. You are responsible for staying current with them. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the change, and the updated terms supersede all prior versions. Unless we state otherwise, changes apply to all users. We may also terminate this agreement with you at any time, with or without notice.
16. No Partnership
Nothing in these terms, and nothing about your use of this website, creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between you and R&R Health. Neither party may hold itself out as such, and neither has authority to create obligations on behalf of the other.
17. Force Majeure
R&R Health is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of civil or military authority, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, utility or internet outages, and other unforeseeable events.
18. Governing Law, Severability, and Entire Agreement
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 18, any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. These terms bind and benefit both parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these terms will stay in full force.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices we publish on this website, are the entire agreement between you and R&R Health regarding your use of this website, and supersede any prior communications on that subject. Additional terms and policies may apply once you are admitted to a program.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of R&R Health.
