ToggleMental health challenges can touch every part of life. They can affect sleep, focus, relationships, and the ability to enjoy everyday moments. At our center, clients receive integrated, evidence-based care that addresses symptoms and the root causes behind them. Treatment is delivered by master’s level clinicians with Psychiatric support, and is strengthened by Holistic practices that restore Balance in Mind, Body, and Spirit.
We design every plan around the whole person. Clinical therapy, medication management when appropriate, and experiential therapies work together to create steady progress that lasts.

Mood Disorders
Persistent shifts in mood can drain energy and motivation. Treatment restores stability and helps clients rebuild daily momentum.
Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety can show up as worry, panic, social fear, or intrusive thoughts. We teach skills that calm the nervous system and restore ease.
Personality Disorders
Lasting patterns in thoughts and relationships can respond powerfully to structured therapy and steady support.
Other Conditions
Targeted support for focus, impulse control, and safety concerns, paired with family education and clear action plans.
Thorough Assessment and Plan
We begin with an in-depth evaluation of symptoms, history, strengths, and goals, then build a personalized roadmap that adapts as progress is made.
Evidence-Based Therapies
Clients may receive CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing to reduce symptoms, build skills, and process trauma safely.
Psychiatric Care
When indicated, psychiatric providers offer evaluation and medication management that is closely coordinated with the therapy team.
Holistic and Experiential Therapies
Surf therapy, yoga, breathwork, reiki, sound healing, equine-assisted activities, music and art therapy, and outdoor adventures support nervous system regulation and reconnect clients with joy.
Family Support and Communication
Family therapy and psychoeducation help rebuild trust, clarify roles, and create a supportive home environment.
Life Skills and Case Management
Vocational coaching, education support, financial literacy, and structured routines translate gains from therapy into daily life.

You do not have to face this alone. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, our admissions team will guide you every step of the way.
