ToggleRecovery is about more than overcoming addiction or managing mental health symptoms. It is also about building a life filled with purpose, stability, and self-sufficiency. At R&R Health, our Vocational and Life Skills program equips clients with the practical tools and confidence they need to thrive in their personal and professional lives after treatment.
Many individuals enter recovery with gaps in their work history, financial challenges, or uncertainty about their next steps. Others may have never developed certain life skills due to the impact of substance use, mental health conditions, or difficult life circumstances. We meet clients where they are, providing personalized guidance to help them set and achieve realistic goals for the future.
Without the right skills and support, the transition from treatment to independent living can feel overwhelming. By addressing practical needs alongside emotional and mental health care, we help clients develop a strong foundation for lasting stability.
Key benefits include:

Job Coaching and Career Support
We provide guidance on career exploration, resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace communication. For clients returning to previous careers, we help create strategies for maintaining balance and preventing burnout.
Financial Literacy
Clients learn budgeting, saving, debt management, and responsible financial planning to create a secure future.
Education Support
We assist clients who wish to return to school or pursue vocational training, offering help with applications, scheduling, and balancing academic responsibilities with self-care.
You do not have to face this alone. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, our admissions team will guide you every step of the way.
